    Edibles (gummies) and lecithin...

So I've been using sunflower lecithin in my gummies to make the MCT oil bind better to the gelatin and not sweat out when I'm drying the gummies. I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out the exact proportions. My go-to gummy recipe is the one from Leafly (I can't find it now to link to), that uses 1oz of tincture and 1 1/4 cups of liquid. I'm using sheet gelatin, liquid lecithin and a handheld milk frother to blend everything.

One teaspoon seems like not enough but much more than that and I can taste the lecithin. Has anyone used lecithin in edibles and has some tips?
****tent (2x4) and large light (Relassy 300W LED) is in storage for now until I can solve some household electrical issues****

CoM Stonington Blend soil, distilled water; Liquid Squid amendment if needed, molasses for flowering

Never tried it that way, I just use RSO and use the recipe on GWE. To avoid the "sweating" I leave them in the refrigerator for a day or 2 before I take them out of the molds. It doesn't always happen I just do it now as a precaution.

all recipes are individual preferences. you must do trial and error to get it to where you want to. Try putting in freezer to set up faster. this seems to work for me!

Check out Diamond Delight on YouTube. She has awesome food recipes including making kick-ass gummies. She does say NOT to use a mechanical blender for mixing as it can ruin the gelatin.

latest gummy video is here..... https://youtu.be/i-JX7qnWkR0

There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
        1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
        2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
        3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)

With the machine mixing for gelatin, you'll end up with a buncha floating crap (busted gelatin) on the top. Use a whisk.
Learned a lot this year. pH and whiteflies are issues that need controlling. Maybe an auto over January.....hmmmm...
