Your ph might be a little bit high. Try 6.5 I also grow in organic and I try to keep it at 6.5.

Its probably just plant age. The bottom leaves will probably just drop of since its no longer needed by the plant. Sometimes yellowing of of bottom leaves is just a natural age process plants do.
