Shouldn't be to much defoliatied to stun the growth?

Is it required to remove any of the buds sites, to prevent overcrowding on one branch?

What to do with bud site 2. Will it grow upside, from bottom?
And what about 4 and 5.
When they get a bit bigger, train them a bit, to grow a bit further from each other?
Also, what to do with tiny bud sites under main bud 1, those with questionmark?
