Your plants will tell you how high/low to keep your lights. 👍There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)Comment

I use a CFC for the little ones and put it right close. One per. Cheap. Plenty of light til they are not seedlings and no stretch no burn.
My $0.02 because I always burn em when I try a stronger light and have to experiment with distances.Comment
