Heres some interesting info that may help you, note that not everything that is covered is safe for your plants. So no borax on the plants!

I am not suggesting using them but, Bounce sheets https://lifehacker.com/bounce-fabric...s-away-5721187

Mosquito bits, soak a small handful of them in the water you are about to water your plants with for like an hour then water gnats will be 99% gone. I did this just over two weeks ago and they're just starting to come back so tomorrow i will repeat treatment. I say starting I'm seeing 4 or 5 a day after seeing 1 or 2 every other day for two weeks..... I still have the yellow cards up but now they don't turn black every weekTENT 1 4x4 SF7000

What about hydrogen peroxide dont have mosqito bits will have to get some

I used to use peroxide drench and allow my soil to really get dry before I would water again I don't know which one helped more but I very seldom even saw a gnat. Now I'm growing in living soil and I kill my soil critters if I let it dry and I can't get a straight answer about peroxide's affect on living soil. So I have been in one hell of a fight with these gnat bastards. I just happened to stumble across a video on YouTube telling me to soak the bits. I was about to throw out the jar of bits I had because they didn't help putting them in the pots

I have switched to these - https://www.amazon.com/Aspectek-UPGR.../dp/B01LWLFB5U
Sticky traps work pretty good but they're always catching my hair. I'm also hoping the zappers will be more attractive to any moths that find their way into my grow room, just 2-3 moths really hurt my grow this past summer.
