COCO COIR New year new grow, Hope everyone had a great holiday season.

Got the new lady going (day 32), Green Crack Auto from Fast Buds. I'm blown away with the difference that real genetics make. Last harvest was pretty nice, got just over 3 1/2 oz off the single plant, and she is super tasty. Definitely looking forward to this gal tho, Green Crack is one of my all time favorite strains.

I've been cautious with my feeding, she's my first auto and I know they can be a little more sensitive to over doing it. Also learned that there is really no way to keep that main cola down lol.

I'm not a big auto guy but SoOrbudgal grows alot of them, if I remember right. I've been mixing up people lately oops. She can correct me if I got it wrong, but I've been doing some research on autos lately

That's why I didn't want to top her. I've got her cranked over about as far as she'll go right now, just don't want to snap anything at this point. Hopefully the other colas will catch up, if nothing else they're getting more light than they would have.

It's not that much taller I wouldn't stress over it and I damn sure wouldn't push your luck and break it. I just mentioned it I couldn't tell it was already tied. They look happy and healthy

This is pretty much the way the main stem is at the moment. No stress here yet ... I know how squirrelly they can get during flower.

There's so much difference growth speed between auto & photo. Almost by wk3 of sprout you got to start topping an training but there's no guarantee how far apart these dang nodes are so even i can't tie them down good without breaking their tiny arms. So mostly i've just topped and bent over very young and i do a mid flower and late flower defoiliation if the bud sites are being blocked by leaf.

Right ? By the time I was thinking about topping it, it was already flowering. Didn't want to take the chance of stunting it. I've taken off maybe 5-6 leaves so far. The nodes are so close together all the leaves were a tangled mess. It is an entirely different animal than the beloved photos. I still have seven auto seeds left, so this was more or less a discovery mission to see how they behave.

Did some defol and training, it's crazy how short she's staying. Getting ready to start another seed, just can't decide between dos-si-dos or gorilla zkittles....decisions, decisions...

DAY 63 update, starting to get close. Maybe another week or two, she's definitely filling out nicely. Still only about 10 inches tall.

Well Dave she looks just about done to me. You did great for first time auto, you will harvest some good smoke and should be proud. Next grow starting? I got photos zkittles an GG#4. No worries she's short could just be that particular seed heck you should of seen my 3 tiny autos dwarfs less than what you got with all 3 i may of gotten 1oz off all 3. You did great.

Thanks, she had me worried for a while. I didn’t think I was going to get much of a harvest from her. The last week she has really fattened up. Got a week old dos-si-dos auto sprout going right behind her. I’m going to keep at these autos, definitely intrigued now.
