Don’t know if it’s all your problem but you need transplanted to bigger pots and drainage, they look like they’re drowning to my inexperienced eyes.

I second that. Time to move them to a bigger pot.

Agree with Xena! Bigger pots and better drainage. Good news is to me it looks like if you act quickly they will recover and you won’t even notice in a few weeks time. Merry Christmas and welcome btw

What type of soil are you using?
      Are you feeding them anything?
You should be able to invert the plant some and slide the cup off to inspect roots.

They look like they could benefit from some feed.
Still waiting for an answer on what they are growing in.

Good good good it is a merry Christmas! I’m glad you did the transplant today homemade Pots or not. Those roots at the bottom wrapping around and around your cup they need somewhere to go. Good luck

Nothing wrong with homemade! I made my first 20 gallon pots then I found they are cheap and just buy what I want..

Your plant doesn't have any leaves to lose - don't cut any.

Now this is just me...there are so many diff defoliation techniques and some ppl take all their fan leaves off others love the “bush” (pun intended). I personally don’t start to defoliate mine until they’ve completed the stretch then I clean up the waste of time bud sites lower fans and any leaf that yes looks like it has the potential to spread a disease.

Distilled water is acidic not alkaline, its true PH is around 4, there is nothing in distilled water for the test to work on.
