    SOIL New Grower Need Advice On Triage For Recent Power Outage

    Title says most of it I lost power for approximately 3 hrs the power went out 6 hrs before the night cycle starts and came back 3hrs before day cycle ends my main plant normally drops like this at night it has the droop gene but not quite this bad I think the temperature over 3 hours went from 80 to 60 I have 2 questions 1 Should I skip tonight’s night cycle to help recovery and 2 I had planned to transplant today I was actually in the process of preparing the pot for it when the power went out how long will I need to put off the transplant now or is it still ok to do any advice is appreciated below is a picture of my plant

    Power off is not an issue, just pick up at the next cycle, transplant away. 60* is a bit cool but they can take 28*F and live.

      Well I feel silly now but thanks for the reply I think I just overreacted after reading SO many guides warning of stress and shock from abrupt temperature and light fluctuations

    No worries.
    Where I live, it's not uncommon for me to have outages from weather events.
    The only thing that creates issues for me is that I run RDWC and need circulation to keep the solution oxygenated.
    I do have a portable generator for basic needs, but it isn't powerful enough to run my lighting as well as the home, so I will turn off the lights until normal power is restored.
    Like Rwise mentioned, as long as they don't freeze it'll be fine.
