What to do with excess seeds

I have some seed that I dont want to grow or give to others to grow (just think bad genetics). I see on the market "Hemp seed oil" and have to wonder what can be extracted from MJ seed, and would it have any medical benefits? I have been tossing these seed out to the chickens, but if I can use them for something medical that would be nice.
    So, whats your thoughts here?

You can press the oil from them. It is useful for all kinds of things from medicenal to lamp oil.

I do want a press, but with all the new legal states I bet they wont be on any real deal sales any time soon! I was kinda thinking of an ointment from them.

From your posts. You sound like the kind of guy who could make his own press.

You need a massive amount of seeds to produce oil. You can eat them. Just remove the shell and eat the white interior. Just like sunflower seeds, I’ve bought bags of already peeled ready to eat and they taste great. Sprinkle over salads or into yogurt

I agree. Eat them. I don't peel the outer shell, just grind them up as you need them and put them on your porridge. They actually taste good and are high in protein.
