    Tall plant, short tent

So, I’ve got a viparspectra PAR 700 and have a Blue Mystic in it that’s about a month into flowering. The light is as high as it will go and I’ve got about 13 or 14 inches from the top of my uncropped plant. I’m wondering if I should adjust the lights down? If so, all three or red, white, or blue? Don’t want to damage that main cola with heat or light stress. Thoughts?

13-14" above the canopy sounds like a reasonable height to me. Are you able to move the tall to one side and the short to the other side of the tent and then hang the lights accordingly? Are you able to bend down the trail plant and maybe tie it off to the side of the tent to create a more even canopy? It looks a little bit too late for scrog nets.

Bend that apical bud down. She'll do fine laying sideways.

Probably a bit too late to bend at this point. I also kinda wanna grow her completely naturally as I’ve done many grows before, but never without some manipulation. Think about the light intensity. Too much?

Well if the trichs look ok then it's ok. If they start looking bleached white then it's not ok then you've burnt your resin. It's again you as a grower gotta see it. We can advise sorta judge it but we are not in that tent you are so if you know the light and it's effects than let it go. I've bent plenty of long colas over for their safety. Don't want to see you get that cola burnt.

The drawback of leaving it alone is that you have to set the fixture height for the tallest spear and everything below that suffers from lower light levels.
Use some LST to fold that spear down and then adjust the fixture to get an even intensity.

Okay, thanks. I’ll try and bend her a bit. Thanks for all the input
