    Seedlings from Rockwool to soil

Hey guys! This is my first time germinating in Rockwool and I was wondering if I could transplant the girls into my 7 gallon pots directly? Or is it too big for them and I should use a smaller container first then transplant into the main one?
    Thanks!

I've never used rockwool but I transplant my seedlings straight from solo cups into their forever home but have read many people who do a step up in sizes. Doesn't make sense to me to shock em every couple weeks but they swear it helps somehow so I guess it's like almost everything else a controversial subject lol I'm old and stuck in my ways also believe in if it's not broken don't fix it

I'm babbling again it's early sorry... yes I would put em straight into the 7 gal pots.... have fun and good luck

Thanks man. You're totally right about it being a controversial subject. I've posted this question on 3 different forums and got replies supporting both methods. I've just been overthinking it a lot lately but I guess I shouldn't since there are plenty of people who do it both ways. I'm with you though, don't see any reason to shock my plants once a fortnight. My instinct was to transplant them into their forever ports right away. Guess I'll do just that.

Another thing I didn't say is if you are growing autos you definitely don't want to transplant them more than once they are to quick to flower for anything to slow the growth
