Harvest questions

You'll need to be sure it isn't just a spider since it's outside. On the first pic still...on the left side where the webs are kind of obvious (under magnification)...from the top down there is a sugar leaf sticking to the left...and a web to the sugar leaf below it. Let your eyes drift to the right in between them and there seems to be a cluster of nanners. I did the easy part of seeing them but not the best for a resolution I'm afraid. I know alcohol and water for the mites but unsure at or near harvest. The nanners will get tons of opinions. Good luck.

Is there something I should treat it with? First time grower and they are outside so any help is appreciated.

First picture shows webbing. Hopefully it is just a "regular" spider and not a mite kind.

Your plant is looking great but like others have mentioned, you're not quite there. Given a bit more time the calyxes will begin to swell creating a much denser, stickier bud. You'll see those sugar leaves begin to be enveloped by the calyx. In a few weeks they will more than likely add 1/3 more weight to your product.

In my opinion, I wouldn’t even look at the trichomes yet. Lots of white hairs. Hang in there
