Hi all, wondering if these spots on the tops of my leafs are spider mites or could they be something else? I'm not finding the little black mites underneath nor signs of webs.

Dont use neem oil on your buds!
ISO 50/50 with water, spray the under side first, then the top and soak 'em good! The alcohol kills the adults on contact, then eggs hatch so it has to be repeated every 2-3 days (no more than 3 days or you have new eggs), and at least 3 treatments then watch close for new signs. Also turn the lights off until dry, or near sunset for outdoor. You can also use spinosad, said to be safe to harvest, same directions, same results, more cost.
For outdoor the best is ladybugs.
