Hello my fellow green thumbs. So I’ve been really concerned about this one plant I have. All the other plants are budding super well but for some reason this is the smallest one. Is this one plant re vegging?

Nope. Could be light accessibility, branch (stem) size, or as mentioned above strain.4x4 600w HID empty for summer
