I have an outdoor Strawberry Cough that has been in the ground since March 18. She is a little over 6' tall and a little bushier than a whisky barrel. Her main stalk is about 2.5" at the base and she's doing pretty good. But about 2 weeks ago she was blown over by strong winds. Ever since I have been trying to figure out the best way to provide some support. I have looked at GWE for some guidance but can't find what I think I'm looking for. Can some of my outdoor grow friends help a brother out? I need a tutorial on how to stake a plant.

I would do it like I did my tomatoes and peas. Try a loaded beefsteak that is 7ft tall, lol. 8ft tomato cages would solve a multitude of problems.
Tall wood stakes and hammered them into the ground close to the base but not too close. Use 3 and tie around outside. to keep plant from tipping, but not tying actual plant.
That's all I got :/

Ok last year I had a plant blown over and it broke the tap root about 2" underground, she had to be staked from 3 sides to hold her in place so she did not flop around in the wind.
This year a GG4 was blown over, she is solid in the ground, I have pulled a few limbs around. I get a pic and post it.
We do what we must do.

I always used tent stakes three per tree some thin rope and old bicycle tubes or old rubber automotive fuel/vacuum lines to protect the skin from getting rope burn. Just like you would do a tree just scaled down a little. Cheap because some people (like me) have this crap laying around the shopTENT 1 4x4 SF7000
