    Male or female?

    Hi!

Can you tell me if this is a male plant? Looks like to me, but that's the only spot were those little balls are growing.

The plant is on the 14th day of 12/12 light schedule.

The three pictures are of the same plant.

    Thanks!

It's a male. I hope that's what you were going for. If not, bummer.

Yes. I believe it is a hermie.

If you bend you will be less likely to break.

If you look at all the pictures you can see the obvious pollen sacks as well as female flowers with their emerging stigmas/white hairs. Since both male and female flowers are on the same plant it is considered to be a hermaphrodite or hermie for short.

There is if you can figure out what caused it to herm in the first place. Usually it's caused by some sort of stress (heat, too much defoliation or training for example) to the plant. If you fix it, get rid of all the pollen sacs you see (dip your fingers in water to neutralize the pollen when you remove them) and keep an eye on it. You may still end up with a seed or 2 but they'll be female so chalk it up as a win. Anyway, if the pollen sacs don't come back, you fixed the issue. Hope that helps a little. Happy growing!
