using spinosad for thrips 2 weeks into flower

is it safe to spray the plants two weeks into bloom? i've had a no pest strip going in my room for a few days and still seeing bugs. right before flowering i did it then as well thinking i got all them, but must have been eggs in the soil that hatched after the first treatment. none of the stores had the monterey brand so i bought captian jack spray on formula. i've sprayed the soil a time but need to spray on the leaves. this should be done during lights out right? and how long before the lights come back on to prevent burning from the lights? i'm running 2 1000w air cooled hoods for the 6 ladies.

Yes, it's safe to use spinosad during flower.
It degrades in bright sun light, so applying just before lights out makes it more effective. It also kills on contact, so I spray containers/ saucier etc..
It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!
