    Water temperature

Water temperature ideally is 23°C and no lower than 21° and lower will nutrient lock plants. Higher can straight up kill them.

That being said, I've looked around and can't find definitive answer about true mac temp you don't want to go above.

I'm using water from 18.9 litre jugs you buy at the grocery store. Sitting in the room I have my tent in it can reach 24°-25°

I have obvious solutions for cooling it down to try and maintain that 23° BUT through out the day when I'm at work, my concern is the water raising above that ideal 23°

I will be using an autopot 47 litre reservoir. Will check temp in morning before leaving for work and as soon as I get home. Long shifts 12+ hours.

    Thoughts?

My thought is that you're probably overthinking things. Extreme temperatures will certainly shock a plant into lockout but if you're not heating or cooling it there's nothing to worry about. Water will basically take on the ambient temperature of the room it's in. If your plants share the same environment as the water then it should be perfect.
