Since leaf septoria can survive freezing, will it be an issue when the hash is dried/cured?

I am uncertain, not being familiar with the malady. Would decarbing the weed, prior to freezing, be a potential solution?A Legend...in his own mind - , 48" X 60" X 80" 2-in-1 Grow Tent, Flower light: Vivaspectra P2500 LED. Veg light: Mars Hydro TS600 & Mars Hydro TS1000 LED lights. Nutrients: GH Flora Trio/Calmag coco/perlite, GH PH Down or pure lemon juice, in case PH down isn't available.-
I'm not looking to make edibles BR2K . Decarbing won't happen because of the edible thing and the plant is going to be fresh frozen BH. Although, I imagine cooking the LS would work.
