those buds are ready to harvest?

hello friends, I have a very shitty microscope so the pictures are terrible, but are those buds looking done to you? Not very sure if the trichomes are cloudy or glassy, what's your opinion?

it's an autoflower with 77 days.

Not an amber trichome that I can see yet. Is that what you're going for?

Not necessarily. The most stony body high occurs with amber. With my grows I wait until I'm looking at at least 25% amber. Be mindful that the plants tend to change from the top down. Meaning, you might have milk on top and lower branches are still primarily clear. Just something to think about.

I do think the top buds are more ready to harvest then the lower ones, it's ok to harvest partially?
also, the buds are rock hard!

Many growers harvest in stages. However it's just a bit more time consuming and inconvenient. With one plant it's not difficult to keep track of what's what but when you have a number of plants it can be troublesome.
