Looks like nutrient burn. What are you feeding them? -
I agree with Chismach. Looks like overfeeding. The burnt and curled tips are classic signs nutrient overload. Not a deficiency but rather the opposite in my opinion.Comment

That's probably overfeeding. If it isn't overfeeding, it might be light burn. More info about your setup could help.Coconut Grove
