    Too little pots?

im planning on growing in a 4x4 tent. i ordered 3 seeds(might get 1 extra, not sure) and upon further researching, im starting to doubt it'll be enough.
what are you thoughts on about 3(maybe 4) 6 gallon fabric pots with 2 of these : https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...3b8bp4tqlS&s=p but the 3000k version
    the seeds are https://www.barneysfarm.com/pineapple-chunk-15
is to too little to fill up space and use up those lights?
if i can just make them bigger, how long of a veg cycle am i looking at?
and what training would you recommend for this?

Welcome to GWE. You got enough for now if you've never done this before. Just keep the extra seeds handy sometimes seeds don't germinate. That's a good size tent and you will when you feel confident with your lights and setup fill that 4x4 and 5gal. fabric will do good 7-10gal better.

These are indica hybrid mostly indica and won't get really tall. I would veg. a minimum of 6wks but you could go longer. They will get bigger longer veg time but you are needing to train them and i recommend LST and topping. And when they finally begin to flower expect another 4-6" or more so slow down there and just get to growing some healthy seedling. You know this is going to be a 4 + month journey?

1 3x3x6 tent- used in late spring for seedlings both veggies & weed. I have 2 viparspectar 450r for that tent.
    I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers

      thank you for the reply
the pots im getting is 6 gall, i have option for 8 but water is relatively expensive in my country.
ive' read on gwe about supercropping? can i do that as well as lst/topping? 4-6" taller or wider?
and i was hoping for 4 months not including dry+cure. thats why now i realise i should have gotten more pots to make it shorter.
but an extra week or 2 doesnt sound so bad. i was thinking it would be more like an extra month(becuase everyone plants 6+ in a 4x4).

SoOrbudgal is right on! Growing too many plants at a time can become overwhelming pretty quick. Especially if they start having problems or you’re growing different strains at the same time and some are pickier than others. Keep it small and simple until you get things dialed in. You’ll appreciate the small scale grow come harvest time too lol I’d leave the supercropping alone for now. Grow a plant from bag seed that you didn’t pay for and experiment with it. You can snap a plant really easily if you’re not careful so that’s a technique to perfect on plants you don’t care about.

You're getting good advice here partimegreenthumb - I would listen to both of them.

Trust me - we all had our first grow and we all thought more is better - we all started with too many plants with not enough space. We all learned lessons the hard way . No sense in swimming in the shallow end - head first into the deep end we all went into it.

Now I focus on 2 plants at a time.

i guess im worried of having the opposite problem and having too much light waste. since this plant is only supposed to "feed" 3 people. my end goal is potency and flavour, not yeild. i just want a minimum of 10-12 oz for the amount of time and light it will take.

I find that using a 2x2 area for each plant works best for me. So I'd put 4 in that tent.
I use a 480-watt version of the fixture you're looking at and it crushes a 4x4.
I like using 7 gal fabric bags when I do soil grows.
I typically veg for about 6 weeks while I build the structure I want to work with.
