Funny story, Bruce Dickinson (the music producer) was not the original producer of that track. It was David Lucas. Bruce was the producer on the re-issue and never spent time in the studio with Blue Oyster Cult during the recording sessions of Don’t fear the Reaper.
Bruce Dickinson is also the name of the lead singer of Iron Maiden, but that Bruce was not the producer of any BOC music. Totally different Bruce all together.
