    I harvest at pictures 3, 4, or 5. The last picture is too much Amber for me.

    Make sure you are looking at the trichomes on the buds itself and not only on the sugar leaf.

    Sometimes the trikes go from clear to cloudy, indicating a rise in potency, instead of clear to amber.

    Need help assessing trichomes

    Girl scout cookies in flower just over 10 weeks.

    I have watching for signs of amber but haven't yet seen them. What I am seeing though is small black streaks at the base of trichomes. I dont think I saw this in the gods green crack I just pulled for harvest. and was using the same hydroponic reservoir. Is this a strain thing or something else?
