Hi all! I have few plants and now they are in end of the first week when I switched to 12/12.
finding or I can start defoliation and cut those markt aswell?

Yes, prune those lower bud sites but I wouldn’t take so much as another leaf beyond what you have marked off.

Pruning the lower growth will allow the plant to focus more energy and resources to the growth that’s getting better light. This type of trimming rarely effects the plant in a negative way.

Yes you got her. I have the problem where I just can't put the scissors down but the plants never hate me for it.
