    Are you talking water soffener? If so u can regulate how soft it is.hard water never had a problem with it.luck

        Lot's a useful minerals in that there hard water pardner.

          Basically there are two types of hard water. The one full of useful minerals including calcium and magnesium and iron and such. This is good for your plants and will do very good job as a "cal-mag" when mixing with RO water or simply soft water. But there's the second kind of hard water that has a lot of chlorine chloramine or insane amounts of sodium (used as a water "softener") this is usually the treated city water with a bunch of harmful chemicals for the plants that have no impact on human consumption (like the sodium)

              Oh crap, something else to worry about....Must...go...test...water...
              Slow is smooth, Smooth is fast

              First grow 600W HPS w/air cooled fixture growing in a CoCo and Perlite medium.

                  I used all Distilled water on my first grow with no problems!. I posted my grow on GWE for review.
