Haha yep. The cheese balls hold moisture better. I like that great big dome cause I like a large cutting & I dont have to trim many fan leaves to fit em in.

Hmm... yeah... y' see Franklinmiller gingerbeard don't Facebook. I've never been so cool to do so. It looks like you have some good stuff going on when I'm not completely blocked out.
There seems to be some recovery going on with my Fireballs.

So you're saying to use cheese balls instead of soil? And you've made yours work by remote?
    Can I use pickled eggs?
I'm picking up what you're laying down. I have the drooping thing going on so I'm good there. A few air holes and I'm good.

That'll probly work- This is what I use. Just mist & turn it upside down. I dont use the lid.
Yessir you do need to remove it to let air circulate or the whole thing will mold. I leave it on most of the 1st day maybe 2 & then only when they droop. I let em droop before I cover em- makes em stronger imo. Same reason I mist the clones w ph water & only as I put the dome on. Make em work to send roots lookin for the water.
Fireball's pretty tasty but weak. I like Cinnerator. 91.1 proof 🤪

Here's what was rigged up for cloning chambers. Cut a hole in the top of a Fireball Whiskey bucket (I don't drink and can't imagine what cinnamon whiskey tastes like.) Put the lid on with plastic wrap..
The cuttings have been sprayed with the same FF Grow Big I've been giving the other plants.
I plan on putting large drain holes in the bottoms of the buckets. Should I worry about other air circulation? I would rather not keep working with plastic wrap with holes.

Thanks JDU. I'm working on a solution to the dome. Probably something with saran wrap and chopsticks.

They usually do droop a little but those are pretty limp. They need a dome. Imo

    Droopy clones

A friend of mine is trying his first cloning. It would be a crime for the plant's to be mine as I would be over the limit.
The cuttings were put in pieces of aloe, following something he saw online. Everything turned droopy overnight.
