how much light (max) can we give to 1 auto plant

How much maximum light can be used on a plant? I mean with low stress training and giving 65k to 70k lumens to each cola If we want a big plant and big yields Then how to use light and how much and can i use 750watts (true) ? And how much yeild can i expect with 750 true watts

Hmmm gimme a second gotta find that article in tutorials ok here we go ……...it all depends on knowledge of grower.

    1 36"x36"x66" tent- Viparspectra P2500
1 3x3x6 tent- used in late spring for seedlings both veggies & weed. I have 2 viparspectar 450r for that tent.
    I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers

Sun = 10,000 lumens per square foot. I would use that benchmark as your maximum.

20,000 lux is approx 1860 lumens per square foot

THIS IS FROM ROYAL QUEEN seeds website

WHAT IS THE OPTIMAL AMOUNT OF LIGHT FOR CANNABIS PLANTS?

How much light your plants need will vary based on each phase of the grow cycle. Seedlings can’t take a lot of light, but once a plant is in veg, it needs just about all the light it can get. This allows plants to grow vigorously to their full potential. The same goes for flowering. Although plants in bloom thrive under a different spectrum of light than during veg, they still need a lot of light exposure to make sure the buds are as big as they can be.

HOW MUCH LIGHT DO YOUR CANNABIS PLANTS REQUIRE?
      • Clones and seedlings: 5,000–7,000 lux
      • Vegetative growth: 15,000–50,000 lux
      • Flowering: 45,000–65,000 lux
      • Maximum recommended amount of light: 75,000 lux

What about even more light? At some point, increasing the light beyond a threshold plant can manage will actually diminish returns. Said differently, once you reach about 85,000 lux, it’s simply too much. Some strains may already show signs of light stress at only 75,000 lux, with the risk of light bleaching increasing at over 80,000 lux. To keep it safe, it is best to stay at or below 75,000 lux.

Now tell me should i use 10000 or 70000 lumens?

Also when i increase the distance of my cfls from 3 inch to 5 inch
Then the lumens fall from 20000 to 12000 or so
And when i add it more close like 2 inch from plant it crosses 25000 lumens

I think it is lux not lumen
Don't know the difference in detail
          Please explain briefly

You are looking for lux, not lumens, see below.

Here's how I do it (hasn't failed in 10 yrs). Trying not to hold the tent wide open, hold sensor level with the top of the tallest plant (or cola) in canopy. When meter reads between 45,000 and 50,000 (for veg) it's fine. Higher than 50,000, time to raise the light an inch or two. Max for flower, 65,000 or so, don't burn your buds. Nice meter, mines a cheapie but does the job . Good luck, & hope that answered your question.

Yeah that is what i was thinking to do with my plants

Not to hold the tent wide open means?
And can i bring my household 40 watt led bulb as near as 4,5 inch?
Its giving a lot of lux in 3,4 inch from plant range i mean like 40,50k lux at a point
My plants are about 2.5 weeks old and aboit 3,4 inch wide so only one led will work?
Or should i increase the distance of light to 12 or 15 inch and use 1,2 more light,
I am using normal led bulbs 40,50 watts which gives 4,5k lumens respectively.

“Not to hold the tent wide open” means to not open the tent wide.. if you have a window you could hang it about at the top of the tent and close it look through the window to get best reading

You could keep the household Leds closer to the plants because they produce less heat and light then a traditional grow light .. if you move the lights further away the plant will grow y’all and skinny looking for light

Also if your only getting 12k lumens at 5 inches and 20k at 2inches then 2 inches is better but yourll need more lights to cover larger area

Bro i got a little big fan for managing air flow in tent
And a small exhaust fan in upper corner of tent
I am not able to put that big fan in small tent
It gives lots of air with speed
So i decided to open my tent from front and let fan give air feom a distance
I dont have window in tent(only one exhaust window)
            Pics in post down

I am getting 20000 at a distance of 10 inch right now
Plants are small and if i bring light close to like 4,5 inches then lux raise to around 30,40k
            Was given 15k till yesterday
Today i increase light bulb and increase lux to 20k
I will continue with 20k for 2 days
Then i will increase it to 25k
            Then after 2 day 30k
N So on up to 40,45k for veg
And will try for 65k for flowering

To answer the question though I’ve seen someone dedicate a 1000watt led to 1 plant

Okay Pablo, last piece of advice -- go to the main board here and look up "grow lights." Then go to "Cfl's & T5's." Nebula can explain it to you way better than we can, and has lots of pictures, too.

                Great advice from @ChefSheri
Main problem with cfls, is you got to keep them 2-3inches away ,if you want decent bud, which involves moving them everyday, damn near.

Very true, D.A.A.S.69, I've started many a seedling under cfl's (23W 65K), and with one run of autos, I was moving the bulbs TWICE a day some days. Fastbuds, indeed.

Yeah, those cfls do a great job, for young plants , cause you can stick them in there close to where all that new growth is that can't get light from above.
Some folks on here use them the whole grow and do great with them.
I tried them, but my flowers never got hard enough, thats what she said, sorry, i had to say that, we are watching Office on TV,but they ain't got to be hard to smoke,
I know I like them though for the first 2-4weeks.
                Have a nice weekend .
