great light - worked for me and my space for just under 2 years
so, hunted down the warranty (3 years - NICE)
tried hunting down contact information for Meizhi - that was a nightmare
I ended up, contacting them through Amazon
they contacted me within 24 hours (surprised the bejeebers out of me)
they informed me of the warranty on the light

1st year, no questions asked - straight replacement
2nd year, I have to ship the failed light one direction
3rd year, I pay shipping, handling both directions
please send pictures of the light, not working
they would be in touch, with options

the r450 light is no longer manufactured
they are checking for parts, but were not hopeful, would I be interested in a 600w replacement instead (based on availability)
or - they offered to reimburse me 60% of what I originally paid (so ~$70 CDN)
I responded - that I would accept the 600W replacement
