Couple o' things. Can you get any pictures in light that is not a grow light? Also, how old are your plants? Are they in flower or veg?

If plant is young may need some nitrogen and magnesium. If it is an older plant, an autoflower, and near to being harvested the larger leaves will naturally start to lose green color and vigor. Pictures would help.
If you bend you will be less likely to break.

I went to the top left of this page, opened the menu ( 3 horizontal lines in the green bar) and scrolled down to plant problems and from the info given, you seem to have a zinc deficiency.
