oldjarhead100 I did receive the message I replied but it’s not showing. Either way. What I do for my 20 gallon pot is I use about a half cup of the nutrients and about a 1 cup of the minerals. Also i top dress before the 12/12 flip with not much just a about a tea spoon of each. For your 10 gallon I would say do a half of what I do 1/4 cup of nutrients and 1/2 cup of minerals. I also top it all off with malted barley and wormcastings. I have overwatering issues i always overwater that’s usually the culprit to any deficiencies I notice but if it’s not usually a tea of kelp and alfalfa will clear anything up in 48hrs just bubble a tea spoon of alfalfa and 1 or 2 spoons of kelp for 18 hrs and you should be good
if you try it let me know how it works out for you. Soon I will be reammending my soil and will update you on how my worms are doing with my roots. I still haven’t forgot. Peace.

Thanks cali this makes it alot clearer ,oh how much water do you put the alfalfa and kelp in
At home I use 25 gallon pots but for the woods grow I use 10 gallon keeps the plant low and wide , the real reason is have you ever carried 2 10 gallon pots full of soil and plant a mile in the woods them little girls get heavy lol

OJ if were going to keep doing outdoors we need to save our backs to do so. I'm doing 15gal plastic with lots of holes drilled in they are easier for us to move than fabric. My fabrics are 3-5gal for indoor. I use 10gal. shorts for the reason you want short and wide. I'm putting autos in those this summer.

I use some plastic around the house but they tend to be difficult to carry out in the woods lol

oldjarhead100 oops I left that out. I use that amount of kelp and alfalfa per 1 gallon of water.

Farmall I do have a cart holds 4 15gal which I can easily move with. And I will use 15gal black plastic with many drilled holes but we fell a large half dead pine tree that was shading a great area for full sun most of the day so I hope to not have to move them as much. We have a 8ft. fenced yard/garden area the deer stand and look at the green from the outside

I wouldn't be leaving them on the cart .I'm going to make a rig that I can slide them on and off ,wheels on one end and something I can get my trailer dolly in so I can pick it up but telling you about it I just figured what to use to pick it up will send you picture when built to hard to explain lol

SoOrbudgal we have to run a deer fence as well or you couldn’t grow anything. When we moved to this house years ago, I took our 7Hp Garden Way ( now Troy-Bilt) Horse tiller and we had a heck of a garden. Then one morning a 20’ row of cabbage seedlings just disappeared with hundreds of these little V shaped foot prints in the soil. Sadly, ain’t started that sucker in 15 years or more but I know with a little tuning, it’ll be as good as new.

Farmall I bought my nutrients and mineral from Buildasoil.com iTs called the clackamas coot mix. You can buy it cheaper from KISorganics.com, also bought my alfalfa from kisorganics. My kelp I bought a 50 pound bag from Fertrell.com. Those are the cheapest sources and high quality products you can buy. The Kelp is Thorvin brand. The mix from Buildasoil is high quality and also kis organics. Just kisorganics is cheaper, maybe less quality I don’t know? But when I run out of my mix I’m buying from kisorganics. My malted barley just go to your local brewery store they have it there. I also buy rice hulls there a natural form of silica but I also buy recycle sill from Buuldasoil it’s already in powder form and 1/8 to 1/4 tea spoon per gallon is all you need once a week for strong stalks.
