Recommendations for temp/humidity fan speed controller.

Can anyone recommend a temp/hum fan controller that has a low idle speed for a reasonable price (under $100). I don’t want the fan to ever shut off so it needs to run at low speed during the night. The controllers I’m seeing just switch off the fan completely except for the
$200-300 commercial ones. Anyone know of one?

there is a temp controlled plug i'm using one to turn my res heaters on and off , I adjusted the exhaust fans run time to control temp and humidity ,but I have 2 16 inch wall mounted fans blowing all the time

What are you using to control your fan? Are you saying you use a different speed day/night? The temp fan controllers I see are either on or off.
