How do you fix magnesium deficiency in dwc?

Make sure your have proper pH first. Improper pH could lockout nutrient intake. If you're pH is correct (mag is best absorbed between 6.0-6.5 in hydro) you could trying adding a supplement like Cal-Mag.4x4x6.5 tent, (2) 18"x46" LED Strip Fixtures 440w?? 🙃 (2) Solacure UVB T8s, Infinity T6 fan, (4) 5gal DWC res.GH Trio, Calimagic, LKB, Armor Si, Sweet, Hydroguard, GH pH

As mentioned above, pH is a major source of issues, but if the pH is fine and you don't have a calcium deficiency as well, I'd use magnesium sulfate, aka epsom salts. Just don't buy the perfumed stuff.Comment

Epsom salts is excellent for many issues. Helps correct deficiency and will not burn used many many years. Greens up plants also, excellent on roses.

I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers
Currently using fish/guano during veg growth & FF Grow Big 6-4-4 teens to bloom. Once i see pre-flower i switch to
Age Old Organics Bloom 5-10-5

I'm doing a DWC grow and adding epsom salts seems to have corrected what I suspected was magnesium deficiency. I add 1 tsp/gallon in addition to my regular nutrients at water change.(flora trio)
I have Cal Mag on order but the epsom salts seem to be working, so I may not switch during this grow.Comment
