6/2 light schedule

I read an article about running lights at 6 hours on 2 off ,6 on 2 off,6 on 2 off while vegging, it had some interesting points . Has anyone used this schedule before and if so how did it work

I wonder if in the waking up process the plant undergoes some magic plant shit like the root growth, or a boost in all things good. Hmm.

I always am skeptical of things like this. If it really worked then everybody would be doing it by now and it would be a staple like the 12/12 or 18/6 light cycles. I'd love to see someone do the test but i'll stick with what i know works. I have read some things but honestly dont think it holds any water as i have never seen results or data to back up their claims.

It slows your plants down not to mention that it makes it harder with the "do not disturb" three dark times vs. One.

it called gas Lantern schedule.
