The seeds were advertised as fortune cookie autoflower. I've never had two plants from the same strain (supposedly) grow so differently. They're tiny but doing well up until a few days ago. They are both under a 300W Mars Hydro LED, FFOF soil with the FF trio, tigerbloom at half strength. Watered regularly, light on inside the tent for 10 hours a day, no leaks. The tall one looks like it may be revegging even though her sister right next to her is still finishing strong.... just a bit confused if anyone has had this happen before

Pretty much all strains can and do show different phenotypes, we've messed with genetics too much for them to be perfectly stable. Especially autos.
Also, are you growing both of those in the same container? They're waging a war under their mate, their roots are competing for nutrients and one of them is probably going to kill the other one off or at least stress it out enough to go hermie.

These aren't my main plants and I'm really just experimenting with them more than anything.
to answer some questions:
-10 hours of light is 1 to reduce costs but more so the fact that I have peppers in the same tent that I value more than these girls sadly. Too much light for them will make them sweeter I have found.
-Same small container is to help control size. I have grown plants 6" tall to 6' tall and container size is an easy way to do that. May not be the best or most efficient way to do it but I'm just messing around trying new things, seeing what variables change different aspects.
The seed bank (Pacific Seed Bank) has yet to give me a seed that grows taller than 2.5' and gives more than 2oz. The plants are very thin and stretch way too much no matter what lights I've tried (300w HPS v 300w LED)
The local seed bank I go to regularly gives me 6' plants easily pulling around a pound using all the same soil, lights, nutes, schedules, etc. so I think I'll stick with what they have.
