    Flowering Stage Ventilation Tips?

Alright all you veteran growers. I’ve got a tough one for you.

I am into week 2 of 12/12 and understand these girls need plenty of CO2. I have a grow tent with three rectangular shaped vents on the bottom, and have kept all but one closed so far (where my intake fan blows in). My question is this- should I open up the opposing vent to help bring more CO2 into the tent? Should I open all 3? Thanks!

I leave all 3 of mine open. I have passive intake.
The more air you can pull through, the better.

As long as no light leaks in. Also, consider the cfm of your extraction fan. For me, to make it simple I just try to triple the intake (when passive) of the fan. Example, 6" extraction fan = 3 6" holes for intake. Good luck!

I have had lots of light leaking in from the vents with no ill effects. Just a note, my plants were always taller than the vents themselves.

Doesnt matter. I open vents during day to help with heat and close at night except back vent which i cover with cardboard at an angle to block light. I dont add any supplemental co2 and i dont use an intake fan. No need for it if you have an exhaust fan.

The only time I use my exhaust fan is after I watered my plants and put them up for the night to keep the RH down. As for co2, I have never used it. My grow does not need it. Besides, most people that do use it, use it incorrectly anyway.
