You say you have the pH down to 6.0-6.4 so I can only assume it was higher before you flushed? If this is the case I would say that your problem is pH. While the pH range for hydroponics in general is 5.5-6.5, optimal results in Coco Coir are generally achieved in the 5.7-6.1 range. You want to try to achieve a runoff reading in this range on a regular basis. If you’re not already checking PPM, I would advise that you make a plan to start because the PPM of your nutrient solution can effect the pH of your medium. If you’re at 6.4 now I would feed at a pH of 5.5 the next time you water, make a note of your runoff pH. You want to make sure that you’re feeding on the hydroponic scale, between 5.5-6.5 so you can bring the pH down gradually over the next few feedings and make notes of how feeding at a particular pH effects the runoff. Over the next few weeks you should be able to tighten your pH range into the 5.7-6.1.
Failure is an opportunity for improvement!!
