    Re-using Grow Medium

Hello producers and growers....hope someone out there has this experience.....I am about to start another indoor grow....and was wondering if i can re-use the existing grow medium from the last grow, that i harvested 4 months ago...it is coco coir with perlite mixed in....anybody...?

Not 100% but I read from another post that it's a bad idea unless you've been composting it. Edit: actually you're Coco so not sure. If you had soil that would be a bad idea I reckon.

per NebulaHaze " Coco coir (also coco)

Coco coir is an easy-to-use, hard-to-mess-up, super-forgiving grow medium that’s a great place to start for new growers. Coco coir is primarily made up of coconut husks, so it’s easy to use in addition to being renewable and thus, better for the environment. However, growing with coco coir necessitates the use of perlite to increase drainage. Perlite isn’t renewable, so by extension, coco coir loses renewable status, too"
