Hello producers and growers....hope someone out there has this experience.....I am about to start another indoor grow....and was wondering if i can re-use the existing grow medium from the last grow, that i harvested 4 months ago...it is coco coir with perlite mixed in....anybody...?

Not 100% but I read from another post that it's a bad idea unless you've been composting it. Edit: actually you're Coco so not sure. If you had soil that would be a bad idea I reckon. -
