dont Know if I should leave it or do something seams like the taproot is pushing out of the rapid rooter any one have this happen or am I just being over thinking

That's what it's supposed to do, it's ready to put in your soil.
Read Nebula advice on RRs.

Cfls for a week or two
315lec for everything else
Dug up Ms.topsoil, with perlite added
36x36x63 inch tent.
6inch - exaust - intake fans an scrubber

Molasses

It's not getting the proper lighting due to the seeds shell still covering the leaves
With the shell still on it will keep stretching up looking for that light and thinout if u can very gently try to remove the seeds shell
I've had that problem a few times using the rapid rooter medium
