HELP! I think I overwatered, first grow

This is my first grow and I dont want to kill my girls before I get started. Water is RO w/calmag, ppm 180, ph 6.3.Medium is coco/perlite, ebb and flow setup Temp is around 83F and RH is between 50-60%They are 4 days old. They are under 1000w led at a distance os 20 in. i raised a little more since the light is so strong. I stopped watering since the pic. They seem to be still growing. Ive been doing o lot of research but nothing I read can top experience. Im open to any suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to help.

I would move the LED to ~30" for seedlings. I've got a much less powerful LED and ran into similar problems when I started.

You have over water the point it cold phosphorus deficiency..when you water and feed a plant must remember the size of it. That's a seedling in a big pot of cold soil

        Seedlings don't really need nutes.

I agree but I researched that with straight RO water with 0ppm should always have calmag added to it regardless of growth stage"? Other than Calmag I wasnt planning on adding any nutes until 3rd set of leaves grow in
