Switching to 12/12 help

Hi guys planning to do the flip tomorrow but was wondering if it is ok to switch the day after doing some LST?

As long as you didn't do a big defoliation or anything you should be fine.

Interesting! To be honest, I tend to defoliate frequently and in smaller amounts, with occasional big sessions if I’ve let things get out of hand. It’s more of an ongoing process. Maybe that’s bad for them? It’s my first grow, so I’m no expert by any means.

I also do smaller frequent defoliations. I completely stop taking anything except for lower leaves that aren't getting any light after 2 weeks into flower. I try to tuck leaves or do some LST after that

I’m about 3 weeks out from harvest, and I just did a big defoliation and pruning. This was recommended by another grower. Hoping to see my buds get really fat.

I defoliate before switching to 12/12 but I normally like to give them 1-2 light cycles before the flip. It may not be necessary and the 1-2 cycles may not make any difference. It’s just what I do.
