    LED recommendations

I'm currently running a viparspectra 450watt (200 watt actual draw) and I seem to be maxing out at around 3oz's. Now that I have a couple grows under my belt is like to upgrade my light to pump up my yields. I'd like to stick with LED and I'm looking to spend $300-$400. Any info is much appreciated

Lighting recommendations need to be based on the footprint you're trying to light. For older tech like HPS or 'blurple' leds like your viparspectra plan on needing about 50w/sq ft(your vipar should be able to flower a 2x2 space). Using higher efficiency tech like Quantum boards or light strips produces the same amount of light at 30w/sq ft. If you open to some DIY, you could make a kick-ass 320w fixture in your budget.
Yield is influenced by many factors. Light is probably at the top of the heap but genetics and training as well as how long you're vegging the plants make a big difference.
