    HELP! Burn from cfl?

Hello, is this leaf problem from being too hot please?
I’m only using cfl (125W) with reflector and the leaves were about 3-4 inch away.
I have added an extra little fan pointing away from the plant so it simulates a bit of breeze going around the tent.
I’ve also moved the light up about an inch more.
But...It didn’t feel hot when I did the 30 second hand test so I just want to be sure It’s not something else I’m doing incorrectly.

if I need to do anything else can you point me right please

    thanks in advance

shes doin great, now its the time its working hard on creating roots; during a few days it will not grow much but once the roots get big enough youll see the growing starts to speed up considerably, youll need to raise the light every single day to make sure the plant doesnt touch the bulb. theres no burning that i can see and wont be if you keep the bulb at least 4 inches away

Cannabis grows in hot climate like Jamaica,, Mexico, texas columbia. It probably growing OK but actually cold and light starved. Where it comes from is a good indication how to grow it.
