Hello , I never have any problems with my out door grows . I live in New Mexico and pretty much have good grows. But this plant is strange I have 4 others and everything is great. Is there something up with this strain . I never seen this before

I use a t-5 & 54watt CFL for seedlings
Sometimes i use plastic sometimes i use fabric grow containers

Thanks for the information. I did check for mites and seen nothing , weather wise it's been pretty mild 80s and all my other plants haven't been affected. Never had these problems could have it been the seed. Input up a close up on a section. Thanks for the infoComment
