Should I pot seeds if weather is cloudy

I have a couple of seeds germinating to grow outdoors. Should I wait a couple of days for the sun to come out to pot them if there's total cloud coverage for the next 2 days or should I pot them when they are ready?

When they are ready. Cloudy days still provide light. Planting a germinated seed too late can kill it.
4x4 600w HID empty for summer
3x3 400w HID with Bruce Banner and Skywalker Kush
2x2 65w Quantum Board LED with 4 mother strains

where i live the sun kills baby seedlings, a cloudy day has enough light for a small plant

Do you harden them before placing them in direct sunlight?
Really makes a difference in success ratios when bring them out for the first time.

yeah i guess i do, i start with only a few hours of sunlight a day once i see the first few set of leaves get bigger and stronger, i think it must be around a couple of weeks old, during the entire veg period i let them grow in the sun during the day and bring inside under CFLs for the night, once theyre big enough i leave them outside to flower. over here is flowering period all year round
