do i need nutrients for outdoor growing

my 4 plants are doing good on the outdoor garden (soil ) (backyard) since this is my first grow i need to ask this question.
i am using rain water for watering.
Do i need to feed these plants with some soil nutrients ? ? or will they be ok without nutrients , just want to help them grow and flower, to be the best they can be.
if yes ?
i would like to hear from you and the kind and make of nutrients needed

Morning atony I have my outdoor in containers but I do plant 1 in my raised garden bed. I mix my own soil which is pretty rich with N for the first couple months. Then i'll notice my plants going lighter green so i'll start putting fish/guano tea about a gallon per 10gal container. This I do every other watering during the hottest part of summer. And when i use just water I do it till runs out bottom. During the 4th week of flowering i'll cut back on the tea and start the GH floranova bloom 1part per directions. I also use unsulfured molasses 1tlb spoon per gallon of water. But i use bloom very infrequently maybe 3x during the whole flowering period. The plants start feeding off itself late during flowering outdoors and I will just water to runoff and give it unsulferd molasses. My garden bed is amended with composted plant material and cow poop which gets flushed out after long season but I don't use any bloom on it. I been growing outdoors for years and all the fancy bottled grow products we never use to use. Good rich loamy soil, healthy plants plenty of good water long days in the sunshine. I just love watching them grow outdoors.

I’ll second the use of the GH flora nova bloom @ 5 mls/ gallon on a weekly bases, unless the leaves become dark green.
It can also be used during veg, if the leaves become light green- but that hasn’t happened yet.
The flora nova bloom is fairly complete, so it complements any soil that is good enough to veg the plants.
