I picked up a digital timer with on-board battery back up ($25 local) as power outages are common this time of year here
I would just reset and move forward (and keep an eye on them for hermies), how many times do outdoor plants get moon light?

Coming their end of flowering 7 weeks nothing can go wrong in little time left.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just reset your timer and go back to your regular schedule. If anything, it may put out a hermie. No big deal.
