I need some advice on building a grow cabinet for a 1000w MH

Hello,
I need to build a grow cabinet for a 1000 watt MH with a air cooled hood. I have a 6 inch inline fan at 440 cmf. I would like to know what would be the minumin size that a 1000w light would work in without over heating.

If anyone has any iinexperience in building cabinets that would be a big help.

What are your ambient temps like? A 5x5x7 foot space should suffice. I am making a lot of assumptions about ambient conditions though.
