    Is this calcium deficiency?

    Hello everybody and happy growing!

I have been reading the website and the tutorials for quite some time now and now I have some problems with my grow and would like a little help

    - NFT Hydro grow with one plant in rockwool
    - now in fourth week of flowering
    - ppm at the beginning of the week (Monday) 1200, dropping day after day, today was 800
    - I am using the Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Grow, Micro, Bloom Hydroponic Intermediate Growing Recipe
    - water temperature from 18-21 degrees (64-70)
    - using a ViparSpectra 600W LED light
    - air stone in the nutrients solution
    - reservoir emptied and cleaned every Monday and refilled with new solution

Two weeks ago (2nd of week of flowering) I noticed some brown spots on my lady. The spots appeared on the top fan leaves, gradually moving to the new growth but the major issue is on the biggest fan leaves that are on top of plant. I have been struggling from the first day with keeping my ph as much as possible around 5.5 but I have to correct it every single day if not twice a day. Usually by the end of the day it rises to 7 or even 7.4.
I searched a little on the website and found out that my problem could be some sort of calcium deficiency. I will add some phed water every day to see if the situation changes and the new growth grows without any problems. I am also thinking of adding some cal mag.

Could you tell me from your experience if this is calcium deficiency? Should I remove the most damaged leaves?

I have also ordered a new ph down solution from advanced hydroponics which is specifically made for plants in bloom. I know that when ppm goes down the ph rises.

Should I have the same ppm value thru whole week or is it normal that goes down?

Here are the pics and thanks for your help.

Have you flushed the rockwool cube recently? If not you may have a build up of salts that is affecting your pH.
Failure is an opportunity for improvement!!

No I did not. Never thought of that. Should I just pour ph water over it?
      Thanks

Yes pH’d water is what you want to use. How much depends on the size of the block. A smaller block(4”) would probably only need 1 gallon. Larger blocks would require more.
